General Service Agreement

Residential Pressure Washing Service Agreement

This agreement is made between H2M Pressure Washing (“Service Provider”) and the property owner or authorized representative (“Customer”) for professional exterior cleaning services at the property address listed below.

Pricing & Payment

Customer agrees to pay the total cost for the selected services as quoted by the Service Provider.
Payment is due upon completion.
Accepted payment methods include: Venmo, Check (H2M Pressure Washing), or Cash.

Customer Responsibilities

To help us deliver safe, quality results, the Customer agrees to:

  • Ensure access to all service areas

  • Remove personal items, furniture, vehicles, or pets from the work zones

  • Inform the Service Provider of any delicate surfaces or special concerns

  • Provide access to a working outdoor water spigot (typically located on the exterior of the home or garage)

    • H2M will provide hoses long enough to reach the work area

    • If a water source is unavailable, service may need to be rescheduled or additional equipment charges may apply

    • Cleaning a standard 2-stall driveway typically uses 150–300 gallons of water, depending on surface condition and equipment. That’s roughly equivalent to one or two loads of laundry per stall — often less than what you'd use watering your lawn.

Liability & Safety

H2M Pressure Washing takes care when handling all property.
However, the Customer understands that pressure washing involves water pressure and chemical use, which may cause damage to untreated, painted, or aging surfaces.

Customer agrees to hold the Service Provider harmless for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Surface wear not visible before service

  • Issues resulting from failure to disclose surface concerns

Weather & Rescheduling

Services may be rescheduled due to weather or unsafe site conditions.
The Service Provider will notify the Customer promptly and offer an alternative date as soon as possible.
